ABOUT US

Rebourne Engineering is a local metals fabrications, restorations and repair service.

We have over 10 years industry experience in fabrication, welding and general engineering. Our coded welder Chris started out as a weld repairer at a leading alloy wheel specialist at 17 and came quickly accustomed to tig welding aluminium on the cast alloys. His career has been furthered by welding products in aluminium, stainless steel and mild steel for other manufacturers, whereby he moved to stainless steel MIG making electrical display boxes in 304 and 316ss from 0.8 to 3mm sheet. This in turn developed his expertise in general welding of tungsten inert gas. He has moved onto architectural and structual steel fabrication thus becoming coded to 50mm plate in fillet and butt positions. His scope of work ranges from stainless steel staircases to mild steel balustrades. He has a great desire to take on anything custom large or small. 

Joe has a background in maintenance engineering whom started as an apprentice wind turbine technician gaining an NVQ L3. He has since moved to the water industry developing his CAD skills by designing bespoke industrial water treatment equipment for the oil and gas and water industry. He has undertaken an engineering degree and is a keen classic vehicle restorer.
