Emma Webb1 Starif i could give 0 stars I would. I bought the car from this company in Ripley and part exchanged my car (as i needed a bigger car due to growing family) I was told it had been fully serviced (and you'll notice on their website all cars are apparently full service history including the car I part exchanged, where I clearly told him it had part service history due to previous owners)
I bought it with an apparent service light on and had been told that it hadnt been reset since service. After buying the car and a few weeks in and service light still on I took it to my local mechanic. He was absolutely shocked and from the state of the oil filter he knew the car hadnt been serviced for at least 4 years and has caused huge damage to the engine. He said in 11 years hes never seen an oil filter so clogged and the weight of it and engine so bad. He also informed me that the 'service light' was actually the DPF clogged to 98%. The car only a few months after purchasing at £6k and only completed 2000 miles in it is now on its last legs . I have since has 3 more opinions on the car and have all come to the same conclusion as I was worried that I had caused this damage in the miles i had covered. All parties involved put my mind at rest saying this is only due to lack of care of previous owners and dealer, that this dealer used my sex as a way to sell me a dodgy car and lied about all history of the car. Now leaving me with a huge mechanic bill as I cant afford to buy another car. Stay clear from this dealerWednesday 1st September 2021
