I have a silly little TV compared to most around but, as a profoundly deaf person, when the subtitles went I couldn’t hear any programmes. I contacted Rawlins and they asked me to come by with the TV. Within half an hour my subtitles were back up and working and all for a very nominal charge. And everything handled with a smile.
