Ralphland Care Home

We provide relationship centred care, which means we build a relationship with every resident, listening to their stories and learning about their lives, to create a picture of the whole person. We are committed to providing every resident with individual personalised care and attention in a safe, homely and warm environment. We offer a high standard of service and care, for both long and short term residents. The care staff are supportive and knowledgeable in differing forms of dementia and work in a positive partnership with external professionals, individual families, and friends. They encourage choice and involvement to a level with which the individual can cope. Our Care team offers residential care for people who need help with daily tasks,  our home also provides residential and  dementia care where we support residents to maintain their independence and individuality, encouraging social activity and building relationships within the home. Inspections are carried out at intervals determined by the inspectorate and homes are provided with a report, a rating and usually also some recommendations to help develop or improve the service. Any recommendations are acted upon promptly. No matter what the rating, it’s well worth having a chat with our team to get the latest on every aspect of our care and service. The Ralphlands Care Home were absolutely fantastic in offering respite care for my mother in law. She went in a very ill lady and came out refreshed and 100%% better. The staff are fantastic as are the amenities and events offered by the home. The food too is of the highest quality and my mother in law put on over a stone in weight during her 8 week stay (and she needed it!!). Thank you so much to the Ralphlands I cannot recommend them highly enough.
