The shop assistant liaised with the manager who pulled up the transaction and told me to come into the store for an exchange, my details would be written in their communications books. I came into the store with 3 little kids in tow, and no member of staff knew anything about it. I called 3 times thereafter and was promised call backs, but I never heard from anyone. I spoke with a member of staff on the 8.6.22 who was rather short with me on the phone and wasn’t willing to fully listen or be of assistance. Very poor customer careWednesday 8th June 2022
