Steve Sage5 StarThey were open throughout most of the pandemic but being very responsible with social distancing. So my plan is to shop there after everything re opens because I couldn't get anything from other retailers who basically just locked up and couldn't be bothered to sort out a sensible policy for selling to the public. Always reasonable prices with helpful staff and if you want an itemized receipt just ask it's not rocket science ! Thanks guys from a grateful tradesman.Saturday 16th May 2020
Luke Sacha Hastings1 StarI went there a couple of days ago and purchased 6(supposed to be heavy duty) metal brackets at a cost of £3.60 each.. they were inferior quality and unsuitable for even a slightest pressure.
Of course I took them back and asked for a refund.. manager behind the counter rudely refused me.. when I said that I will not use his business ever again, his reply was “it is alright mate, no worries”....
I was very disappointed with his response.. it is not the way to treat regular customersSaturday 17th August 2019
