From my initial inquiry, which was made too late given the timescales to fit in with my major building project, through to installation today, within my timescales, Jason and his team have done all they can to expedite a new front door. Ultimately, they have delivered and I am absolutely delighted with the end result. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Last week I had occasion to call asking about an adjustment to one of the doors that was sticking. They recognised the problem I described and booked an engineer. Keith resolved the problem swiftly, ensuring the mechanism was even smoother than previously. He took the time to explain what had been done and passed on useful tips for continued use and maintenance, going the extra mile. A credit to the company that clearly recognise the value of good customer service.
