Got a lovely pair of shoes and a handbag ready for the Christmas party, had to go over to the till to get the shop assistant's attention as she was talking to a colleague, may have been work related I don't know, but once engaged she was polite, attentive and helpful.

Genuinely the worst experience I’ve had with a shop in Exeter, they gave me wrong amount of student discount and when I got home I found out the zip was broken on the dress so I couldn’t even try it on. I then went back to Exeter to exchange it and they have given me a size 16 instead of the size ten I originally purchased and have now sold out of the dress in my size, so I have to go back to Exeter again just to get a refund. The quality on the replaced dress is awful too and the zip is sticky, could get a better quality one from primark for half the price
