A great little place to grab a quick bite, early in the morning. I can't say I explored the menu in its entirety, but I did order a samosa and I shared a sausage roll with an apple-flavoured twist and it was quite tasty. It was a nice change to taste something with a more homemade feel.

Delicious coronation chicken cob and a scrupulous slice of rocky road. Reasonable prices, service with a smile.

BRING BACK PARFITTS When it comes to a lunch in town knowing a decent cob shop is a must. Unfortunately since Parfitts closed all those years ago this place seems to have gone through various revamps. None of which have been for the better. The sandwiches are a ridiculous price and you certainly don't get what you pay for there is a fair bit of variety however though none of the sandwiches I've had have been anything to rave about. For now I will be continuing my hunt for a sandwhich bar

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. PEOPLE WITH ALLERGIES/VEGANS AND VEGETARIANS BEWARE. Read Richard's review too (looks like he had a similar experience) This shop doesn't care about their customers, and especially not any ones with specific dietary requirements. Very rude staff who clearly don't care about their customer experience - and don't even have the manners (or business sense!) to apologise when they make a mistake. I went here with my friend who ordered a Vegetarian Samosa. My friend quickly realised it was a chicken samosa. When asked about this, THEY DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGISE. My friend literally showed them the chicken, and they denied it and said "Well it should have been a vegetarian samosa". WELL YES IT SHOULD BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT WE ORDERED. People can understand and forgive genuine mistakes, however when you don't even apologise (let alone offer a refund) it shows you really don't care at all about your customers. I don't think you realise that some people choose to be Vegetarian/Vegan for a whole range of reasons, including allergies, food phobias and all sorts... people can get very unwell if they eat something they shouldn't eat. Shocking service, awful samosa... 1/5 Stars avoid.
