My first time to peruse potential used cars at this site, huge variety of many different manufactured vehicles. I was very pleased to receive a fabulous service from an experienced customer executive, he actively listened, and gave valid and unobtrusive information and advice. The air conditioned show room, with hot conditions outside, was a welcome place to discuss my options and felt relaxed and easy going throughout. I highly recommend this car sales site/showroom.

Before buying a car from them, check out “Rip Off Britain on BBC”. I bought my car during the lockdown and anything after that has been a nightmare from getting the car fixed few times even with extended warranty and when they try to charge you for the usage of courtesy car to make up their costs. But they disregard any cost and inconvenience caused to their customers. Update: I received a call from Kevin, after my review. Still no resolution and a request to pay 15£ per day for a courtesy car. Demo cars 15£ per day. RE BELOW RESPONSE FROM QUEST: I have not been unreasonable and I am still waiting for a call back from your Director. Also I have full proof of when you have been made aware about the issues. I was dealing with Jamie that has SUDDENLY left the company,(after the repair was agreed but I didn’t get a chance to book it). Also, threats? You are letting a customer down. The same customer that you didn’t settle correctly the finance with part exchange and had 15k from the bank account thanks to your oversight. I am open to resolve the issue in the most friendly way but the cheapest way is not always the best practice.

I am in France on holiday. Somehow, I have lost my oil filler cap for my Citroen C3 Aircross. I was unable to obtain one from my local Citroen dealer or from another supplier of car parts. In desperation I called Kevin Tyler at Quest in Braintree from where I bought the car. Amazing. Not only did he tell me the part number, he found one in stock and posted it to me. I was able to pay over the phone and it will be delivered in 2-3 days. Where else can you get such service?

Excellent service. Fitted us in at really short notice when our local garage couldn't fix the issue. Couldn't have been more helpful, offered us the cost of the repair via Bumper.co.uk too so 0% for six months. Craig really helpful in ensuring the car was ready for us to use for holiday and did some work on it in his own time.
