If i could give it zero stars I would, their service is inconsistent every time I’ve been there. I complained about a set of acrylics they did and when I went back I got a very defensive reply. I decided to give them another chance and the service they produced is ridiculous. I will never be going back as I can’t believe they would let a customer walk out with such nails.

This is my first nail bar visit since lockdown! (I know, its time to start looking after myself again) I visited queens when they had just opened prior to lockdown, and then again today! What can I say, they really are the best I have ever visited. They really take pride in their work, resulting in a full set of acrylics that are super thin and so natural looking. Please try them you won't be disappointed 😊
