I popped in on the off chance for a cut and blow dry and they were able to fit me in. I had a lovely lady called Lilly cut and dry my hair for me. I was very pleased with the result and Lilly was a delight. I would definitely make a return visit. Thank you 🙏🏼. X

Extremely rude and judgmental…. I was there as a model and felt very uncomfortable! The supervisors are bullies to the younger staff members and don’t care for anyone but themselves and money! Why be in an industry that helps people feel better about themselves for you to make them feel worse? Overpriced and snobby. I wouldn’t recommend working there or getting a service from them. Should be ashamed of yourselves😡

I arrived purely on the off-chance on a very busy weekend day, was told politely that they had no last-minute appointments for the treatment I wanted so went on my way, and then... As I was window shopping a few doors down a lovely man waved me down (at a covid-safe 2m) and asked if I had just been in looking for an appointment, they'd managed to rejig the schedules and fit me in. Now THAT is customer service! My technician Lauren was superb, and I'll be returning regularly, brilliant customer service and brilliant delivery of service.
