James A Doran5 StarElectrician arrived at the agreed time and wearing appropriate Covid protection gear. After going through my description of the fault he then made a comprehensive fault-finding check of the circuitry in question, eliminating some of the perceived causes. He then rectified the faults detected, leaving both circuits independent of each other. I was kept well informed of his progress. His clean-up and restoration of the work site was impeccable.
