9 out of 10 direct cremations are unattended at Pure Cremation, which means there are no mourners present for a funeral service at the crematorium or at the cremation itself. Our experienced cremation technicians will carry out the process with the utmost respect and without anyone present. There is no viewing of the deceased or farewell ceremony conducted, but if you would like to attend the service, please, let us know in advance. You can either pay in one lump sum or various monthly instalments for our prepaid plans. If you pay by instalments, then you will need to keep these payments up to date or risk having your plan cancelled. We also offer on-demand direct cremation services that do not require you to hold a funeral plan with us.

Definitely recommend, they help me through the process with ease, making it easier on me and my family. They are very polite and talked with sympathy. Very pleased with the process of it all at a very sad time, giving me the time to sort through other things. It definitely worth the money and I can’t thank them enough. See the picture of the lovely container my mum came it, eco friendly too. And they delivered it 3 hours away from Andover.

I contacted Pure Cremation after my mum sadly passed away as it was her wish to have a direct cremation. Right from the very first call to Mal i was treated with respect, dignity and kindness. I was constantly kept updated with the progress of mums wish by Tracy which was very reassuring for me. Even when mums ashes came home to me the lady, (i cant remember her name) that delivered her was so kind and thoughtful and her actions meant a lot to me, i cant thank her enough, and would like to pass on my heartfelt thanks to her. I can honestly say mum would have been so pleased with my choice of Pure Cremation for her, and i could not have asked for a better service received from everyone involved. I'm so very grateful and it has been of great comfort to me how she was looked after. I have told my relatives that i would like Pure Cremation to deal with me too when my time comes.

Pure Cremation were excellent - they were absolutely professional and empathetic throughout, kept in regular contact to let me know what was happening and overall provided a smooth and efficient service from the date I first called to the day our Dad came home. A great service done with dignity, my Father chose this for himself and he was cremated within 8 day's and his ashes returned to us 5 day's later. If a traditional funeral is not for you then Pure Cremation handle everything professionally and keep you informed every step of the way and may just be what your looking for as an alternative. Highly recommended.
