The nice, friendly staff that the other reviewer mentioned must have been off that day, as I found one in particular so rude, she had the audacity to look me up and down when I walked in!!!!!! I had to walk out as she didn't have a clue how to cut my hair as I wanted!!!! Glad I did as it's very old fashioned and ok I suppose if your an oap wanting a shampoo and set!!!!! T
