Sketches/ideas/2D drawings can be transformed into 3D models using Solidworks. The 3D model can be manipulated to give a real representation of the design. Parts and assemblies can be extracted, put into a 2D form, dimensioned, then used to get estimates/quotes and also aid the assembly/installation process.
The design process could be a full "Cradle to Grave" situation, a simple a one-off or maybe you just need assistance to help get things moving. Maybe you just need to get some drawings done.
