Nero Finance1 StarDon't waste your money. We have been using this service for two years and to be honest it wasn't great even to start. Yet despite price increases the quality really started to decline. We realized how bad it was when they sent the Thame crew to our house for the first time it was actually clean! We offered to change days or increase our hours but they didn't have availability.
We started to complain when it got so bad that the kitchen table wasn't wiped, bathroom floors weren't washed and toilets were left dirty.
When we complained Kremena essentially told us they wouldn't clean our house anymore. Luckily we found another local service because after the very first time our house was cleaner than it ever was with this vendor. Avoid.Sunday 21st August 2022
