David came out to look at the job and it was clear immediately that he has proper expertise, and he was prepared to take time to look at and explain alternative solutions. He provided a reasonable quotation, agreed a date to do the work and then did the work as agreed. ChoiKwangDo UK5 StarI called Primis yesterday morning 23rd December 2021 and spoke to David. I explained that I had a problem with a ‘choppy’ signal from our existing TV aerial which meant that I was unable to watch certain TV channels without interference. He said he had a few jobs on due to the Christmas rush, however he would let me know early afternoon if he could fit me in.
True to his word, David called me back and agreed to come and have a look at the problem.
He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what the solution would entail and gave a very reasonable quote for the work. He checked that I was happy to proceed with the modifications and then set about correcting the problem.
After a short period of time the problem was corrected and everything was up and running perfectly. David even went out of his way to create an aerial extension cable for our spare TV.
David was honest, knowledgeable and personable. He provided a very good service.Friday 24th December 2021
