Mitchell was brilliant, had a look round the property when he got here to see where would be best to put the cameras. Had no problem with all of my requests for awkward placement etc and managed to make it all look very tidy. After an initial conversation with Jack I received a competitive quote and booked an installation, the engineers were on time and carried out the work with minimal fuss. Cables were neat and tidy and a tutorial of the system was given. I have since spoken with Jack and added an additional camera to the system and again this was carried out in the same way as the initial installation. My neighbour also had an installation on the same day and was equally as happy with his engineer and the quality of the work. The great customer service makes dealing with Prime a pleasure and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Cheers.

I searched around for a company to install CCTV after a very long dispute with our neighbour. They quoted and provided us with the cameras and equipment necessary to provide evidence in court as needed. On the day of install, their technician John, went above and beyond. He demonstrated professionalism at all times. John arrived at 9:45 and commenced work at 10am. He finished the job at 6:30pm. It took so long because the neighbour tried to intervene. The neighbour ran at his ladder and knocked it down, and also promised to push him off the ladder. He warned her that would constitute assault. The police were called to prevent the neighbour attacking him. After the events of the day John was totally calm and continued with the installation and also spent time setting up the system and showing us how it worked. We always suspected that there would be issues but we never thought our neighbour would act in the way witnessed. I am very happy that we used this company for our installation. The products are covered under warranty and there is after sales support should there be an issue with the software or during usage. If you are looking for professionalism, reassurance, value for money, this is the company for you.

The installation was carried out very professionally and is working well. The only thing I would like to see is a brief set of instruction s in printedd form.. "K" and Dan did their best and explained it well but with such a complex system most of the details were forgotten by the next day!.. I am 90yrs old but fairly clued up on tech devices. I was able to sort things out but many elderly customers would be unable to do this and so would not be able to use the system as it should be used. A full tech.. manual could make it worse! but a few written words could jog the memory about the basics.

Competitive price, full detailed quote, no hidden extras. Installer John was really helpful with positioning cameras, his install was neat and showed us the full setup on laptop and installed apps. He also left work areas clean and tidy and was quick and efficient with the install. Would highly recommend.
