Sean Somerville5 StarWonderful shop, we visited early this week and our daughter bought a Lottie doll. We came back today to buy another, but the shop had closed some 7 minutes previously.
Our daughter was dissapointed , but the young man working there ( tall with glasses), heard us and re-opened the shop so our daughter could buy her doll.
He is is an absolute star, and as a retail Manager, I always applause great customer service.
He deserves an award for his services today

I took the children to find something for their new brother and there was so many lovely things to choose from. Everything in stock is a quality brand.
