Was just in primark giving it a 1 star just because how management treats their workers I was in maybe before or after Christmas management was talking down to this lady for just tidying around her till before she served another customer was in again today 23/3/22 1:30pm a manager with brown hair bun and a white top shouted in front of everyone to a guy just because there was a queue and he was doing something every single time I go to this primark I always hear the managers giving out orders without even having the decency to say please or Thankyou it’s really not hard to be polite I get u can get frustrated but they are human beings that deserve respect I work in Guildford aswell and thank god my managers just treat us as equals and not like we are below them this made me so angry 5* for the employees they are lovely

Small for the size of town especially when compared to Reading or High Wycombe. Busy and full of the things we love about Primark but inflationary pressures have put their prices up. Still good value however.

Primark have a wide selection of clothes for everyone, their prices are always great, this is where I go when my daughter needs a new wardrobe. They also do bedding and it is a great place to go to get gifts for Christmas.

Worst Primark chain, weird layout, the clothes they select are more outdated and it's just a mess (eg why is kids pyjamas and womens and men's pyjamas all in the same isle??) The only thing that's nice about this Primark is the home section. Hope you can divide your store more efficiently? Maybe use a square layout for each section? Not have women's this next to kids and men and then other women's stuff at the other side of the store?

I was served by an ill-mannered and unprofessional woman at the tills when trying to return two products that weren't my size. She didn't greet me, and upon seeing the receipt in my hand, said "Give me that". She also appeared visibly annoyed when I asked her to repeat her instructions as the shop atmosphere was quite noisy at the time. The woman did not seem to speak English very well, which wasn't a problem, but this also hindered things.
