Picked up my Tivoli Ultimate yesterday. Only decided on it a week ago. All done and dusted efficiently, including the transfer of my cherished registration number plates, my thanks to the sales staff for the attention received. Too early to give feedback on the car,will give updates in couple of months. Have dealt with Premier Premier for years and have always been pleased and impressed with the attention and service received.

Myself and my partner went to visit the SsangYong showroom a few days ago and we were greeted by a young lady named Fallon, very polite and well mannered member of staff nothing was too much trouble for her we did not know much about the brand and she explained that she was in the middle of her training and she would help out in the best way she could and from that point onward she did, i admired her honesty and you would have thought she had been in the motor industry for many years as she knew a lot about the products and how to handle us as customers better treatment from this member off staff then any other garage we went too. me and my partner did not understand all the new technology within cars they had within the range and when explaining this to Fallon she gave us a demonstration on how to use certain aspects, how the satellite navigation worked and how to connect your mobile phone and what the USB port was for. Myself and my partner did not feel pressured at all and we experienced a very calm and relaxed atmosphere unlike other garages we went too. As we were only looking at cars at the moment and did want to purchase on that day most dealerships we went to did not put in the time or the effort but Fallon sat us down and like i said at the beginning nothing was too much trouble for her. she offered to get one of her colleagues to provide us with more information but we dd not need to as she covered all the questions that we had asked i would certainly go back to this garage again. Very Pleased with the customer service that she provided.
