Steve attended on the agreed day and time to quote to SoftWash our roof and apply a chemical treatment to prevent the moss growing back. As it wasn’t the best time of year to carry out the work, he gave sound advice and contacted me in due course to schedule the work. His team arrived on the agreed day and carried out the work to high degree with minimal disruption to our neighbours (offering to clean any overspill etc). I cannot recommend the services of these gentlemen any higher than I do. They did a difficult job to a very high standard.

Steve was brilliant - not only did he do a great job for a good price, but he also gave us great tips on how to sort out our patio and helped with a roof tile that came off. Would have given him 6 stars if I could. Will highly recommend to anyone looking for gutter, roof, or patio cleaning.

Extremely pleased with the service provided. From initial quotation through to the completion of the job. Our roof was a challenge with thick moss and difficult to access areas but Steve and the team tackled it all. The roof looks clear and clean and the chemicals will now do the job to improve it even further over time. Polite and professional throughout and great customer service.

A fantastic service from Premierclean Ltd. We were about to invest in a new patio to replace ours which was badly marked with black lichen some of which had fossilised but decided to get a quote from Premierclean Ltd. So glad that we did as the patio looks as good as new and now enhances the garden rather than spoils it. It was a very good experience from this company and a very fair and reasonably priced quote which was totally adhered to even though the job took longer than originally expected. We can thoroughly recommend.

Steve quoted for moss removal for me and the adjoining house. Turned up as planned, did the job as stated, easy to work with left the house looking excellent (20 yrs since last cleaned roof). Happy to recommend.
