Very happy with the installation of a new patio door, and also the communication from the company at this tricky time when their normal supply lines are affected so horrendously. Great guys fitting the door too, gold stars to both of them, they handled a problem very well when it became clear that the factory made an error that meant the lock was not working.

Did not seem interested in what I wanted, and true to my suspicions, the quote did not arrive, and it's been more than 2 months. I can't comment on the quality of their works, but their client communication is non-existent.

We chose Precision Windows to replace our old PVC windows with Ali ones last year. They were quick to respond, measure and quote. On acceptance they came back to re measure. They also informed us that there would be a delay as there were supply problems caused by Brexit and Covid. They kept us informed at all times. When they came to fit them, the fitters were polite, very quiet (no radios etc) and at the end of the day cleared up completely, leaving the house clean every night. They worked long hours to get the job done quickly, without complaint. The boss, Martin, came and visited to check all was well during the fitment. Our complete house (EOT), inc kitchen door and bifold doors, took three days. We did have one problem on completion, but when this was called in, they came within two hours to fix it. I am very happy with the product they supplied ( our house is so much warmer, and the views are better), and also with the service in fitting. I would happily recommend them, and have told Martin that we are happy for prospective clients to inspect our windows before making their decision. Dave Rowlands BN14.
