Duncan Thomas5 StarI recently visited Podiatric at Stratford-upon-Avon to get replacement orthotics having had my last set since 1993. Mark was brilliant, listened to my running history, took a video and showed me the biomechanics of my gait. But above all he took time to explain the merits of the materials that could be used to construct the orthotics. I am now running in them and running is once again a pleasurable experience. Gone are the hard plastic inserts that weighed a ton the new orthotics are light, full length and comfortable. I now hope to return to longer distance Triathlon. I went to Mark after almost a year of suffering with a foot injury and being unable to run. I wish now I had gone sooner. I found out I had injured my sesamoid bone, and Mark was excellent at explaining and assessing the injury, discussing my treatment, informing me of what exercises I can and can't do and then once my injury improved, working out a plan for returning to running.
I've been really pleased with the service and the knowledge that Mark shared.
