My partner and I visited leisure centre for the 7pm swim today (6/1/23). Upon entering the women's changing room, I saw that the floor was in a filthy state, way beyond the level it usually is I asked the lifeguard on duty at the time if he could ask someone to clean the floor; he said he would. I saw him talking on the radio to someone - I don't know what was said, but either he didn't ask someone or my request was ignored, because when I went back into the changing room, the floor was in the same state - covered in dirt and grime. Also have now seriously reduced weekend slots to just 1 on the Saturday and 2 on the Sunday, so no chance of going swimming on a weekend unless you want to be surrounded by families/kids (some of us don't) Lastly, the aqua aerobics and aqua Zumba slots used to be designated an hour - for some reason 2 of them now have 45 minutes, which means the people who pay to start swimming at 8 now have to wait for the class to finish, the lifeguards get no time at all to sort the pool out, and the changing rooms are now much more cramped due to the crossover Absolutely appalling, I don't know how this place is still open

There covid rules are completely stupid, keeping people outside 1 min before the lesson starts. They go on about removing your shoes in the changing rooms but look at the state of the seating area. It’s not been clean for 3 weeks which is more unhygienic removing my shoes. #EveryoneActive

Really nice swimming pool, lovely and relaxing interior, if you go later in the evening the lights are not too bright in the swimming pool which is very relaxing

Staff very friendly and helpful, and always have time for you. Great facilities, pool and changing rooms clean and tidy. All ages catered for, would highly recommend. Subscription is good value for money.

Do not go. It's all about money. My child can't swim and Hayley the instructor let her go in the big pool. She was so rude shouted at me for pulling my child out of the lesson as my child was crying. They didn't even know her name thought my child was someone else. It's all about numbers and money not about your child. Hayley the instructor shouted at me Infront of the other parents telling me I made my child cry. Even though she was already crying. Then when I try to sort it out with the manager she was extremely rude too. Try to put the blame on me. Even though any parent who do the same. At the end of the day if you're child isn't being monitored and could of drowned, your going to pull them out. If l could give this place no stars I would. Money making and no care.
