Really not good unfortunately, no much help in suggestions from the architect. Had a meeting on zoom and then that was it, and i was the only one online. Looked like they sub out the designs offshore or something, but not sure. No communication. They did do all the changes requested which is good, but still waiting for finals after 6 months!!

We engaged Revite to complete a structural inspection of our house purchase - particularly an outbuilding and conservatory. Survey was quick to book in and took an hour or so at the property. However, when it came to the production of the report, this took over 3 weeks to receive something. This may be standard timelines however we were told several times that we would receive the report on a certain day. Whilst they were responsive to our requests, nothing came and we had to chase continually. When we did eventually receive something, it was only half of what was expected. We were then asked by the structural engineer to provide further information and pictures for his calculations, which should have been collected on the site visit. Again, we were being over promised and Revite under-delivering. When the final part of the report did come, they were not what we had agreed upfront - the report did not contain any structural calculations. We're still trying to chase this down. Attempting to get any sort of refund for poor service has proven to be just as challenging. Some of the business also looks to be offshored so you may be working with customer service and structural engineers who aren’t based in the UK if that is important to you. I can’t speak to the quality of their craftsmanship but if they can’t get the initial reports and structural calculations right, I would steer clear. Avoid and take your money elsewhere if you value your time and sanity. **Update: It seems like Revite have now changed their name to Plansing - another red flag**

This is one of the worst companies I've ever had dealings with. They have sent plans for were not fit for prepose and break regulations, they sent plans with the wrong project in the title. When discussing this with them they then blanked me and would not response to any form of communication. I don't believe they are competent I had to make them aware of a number of errors and inconsistencies from one page to another.

This company is not capable of providing concise designs, zero logic applied, impractical design and none of the architect's brief followed, complete waste of money. Payment upfront so beware because if things go wrong you are pretty much just out of luck.

Needed a structural survey becasue of cracks appearing in my house - they were quick to come, charging £500 for the visit - but they didn't make it clear that the report would cost an extra £1,000.... (seems pretty stupid to have a visit and then no report) But OK they are expensive but it all seems above board - the report was pretty basic, but gave me the options I needed to know. I then ask for a simple follow up questions - as to how severe and urgent the problem was and therefore did it need to be addressed immediately or could it be left until the weather got better.... absolutely no answer at all despite follow up emails.... so in short very keen to take your money - less keen to do the decent thing and follow up..... and why are the bad reviews on this site answered by the company as if they were glowing ??? All seems a bit fishy to me
