Very bad experience. We registered our second child at pippas, so it wasn’t our first time. however my child seemed to have settled well at the beginning and after a couple of weeks issues started to occur, she began to scream and cry every morning not wanting to go. The communication between parents and staff was absolutely terrible and my child would come home with unexplained scratches on her face (no injury form or explanation at all) still they manage to inform parents how badly behaved their child is. My child would come home every day with clean cloths meaning she had not done any messy play or colouring or had any fun! When we voiced our concerned to the managers they dismissed everything we said claiming they had years of experience and that everything is fine. As soon as I moved my child to a different nursery (from day 1) she started smiling again and came home with messy clothes and lots to talk about, instead of screaming and crying. That alone says a lot.
