Absolutely disgusting service at this so called salon. My daughter and her friend came in to have nails done as a treat - they were shouted at by the lady to “go get money” before the treatment. Then their nails were completely botched - smudged and different lengths and not the colour requested. When they asked for it to be rectified they were shouted at again with the lady making it quite obvious speaking to a colleague about them (foreign language but scathing tone was understandable). As two young girls (12) coming in for an Easter treat to be spoken to and disregarded like this is unacceptable - I’m sure it wouldn’t have happened to an adult such as myself. They ended up going to my regular salon, Emma’s Nails in the clocktower centre for the nails to be put right at a further cost of £40 I will go in the salon when I’m not working in next couple of days to try to resolve.

the first time i used this salon, the woman was kind and my nails were amazing. although the second time i went the man did my manicure, the nail polish didnt even cover all my nails and they were horrible.

The woman who did my nails (this is the same month salons reopened after Covid restrictions) wore dirty latex gloves and when the customer before me left the seat she waved me over immediately and started, wore the same gloves, did not sanitize anything, including the files, table, everything including her (gloved) hands, just took my hands and started my nails. The appearance of the nails is good and they work fast. However after 20 years of having acrylic and gel nails, I ended up developing an allergy to it here, as well as the huge concerns over Covid safety.

Poor experience. The lady that did my nails was rude Hygiene well let's face it there isn't any with reguards to covid other than them asking you to sanitize. Did not clean any think that had been used or the table and chair after my visit her face sheild was filthy and had not been cleaned in a long time. My daughter had her nails done and they made them too long and made her feel really uncomfortable. Will not visit again

Not friendly, was rushed and ended up with a gap at the base of the nail so you could see my natural nail underneath also had air bubbles, will not be using again
