l r5 StarMatt is a great guy. He's knowledgeable, patient, friendly and having sessions with him is so comfortable.
We talked through all my concerns and issues in the initial session, then I signed up for a package of rehab physio.
He's been helping me in david lloyd gym with lots of different routines. Working on strength, stamina, balance, flexibility and helping me with posture.
He's giving me confidence in improving my condition. He's so encouraging and knowledgeable I really dont know how he could be any better.
