I am over the moon and cant thank Phoenix enough for the care and support my mum is having. Its all going really well and cant say thank you enough.Everything started in such short time and the information in my mum's care plan is brilliant, the carers are all doing so well to support my mum as I know what my mum is like Joanna D - Phoenix has turned mine and my dad's opinion around on dom care. I have had a bad experience in the past with other agencies and being a health and social care qcf assessor I have seen some terrible things. However I cannot praise Phoenix enough Matthew R  - I would like to pass on a thank you to Phoenix for the care of my dad. He has said that the cares has given him a different outlook on having care in his own home and made him  feel safe in the knowledge that he will remain in his own home and that going into hospital isn't anyones way of sending him into a care home. I would like to give a personal thank you to Chris and Clare for going in and giving all the care and reassurance to my dad that he has needed to help him feel at ease having carers in place The carers have been amazing and much better from the carers my mum was having from the last agency. The care has gone from 0 to 100 in such a short space of time and can see the difference of Phoenix carers support in only three calls that my mum has had so far.
