We cannot praise Phoenix Carpets highly enough. From the first in-store visit a good few months ago to the final fitting earlier this week they have been absolutely brilliant. Craig in particular was incredibly helpful and gave up a lot of his time to answer our many questions. We are extremely pleased with the final finish and the stair runner in particular. Thanks to Rob for doing this for us. We won't hesitate to call again for any future carpeting needs!

Had my entire home carpets replaced, the staff were amazing and fitted me it very quickly, prior to that i had Karndean fitted through my hall and kitchen. Still looks like new!!
