First time I'd been in the Chelmsford branch but if that was their normal service it will probably be the last, incredibly slow as I was made to sit on my van for 15mins before getting my materials and they weren't even busy, I can't afford to sit about wasting time and money even if they can, certainly won't visit again, come on PGR is this any way to run a business.
