J M4 StarGood clean store with a lot of good products, however the tills are always swamped with long ques even though the staff are manning several tills at once.
Self check outs would be helpful to make the customer service experience less stressful when purchasing the products after getting the items you need.Saturday 7th October 2023
Lisa Taylor1 StarPersonally I would not of given any stars order dog food online for 1 item never arrived there phoned shop to be told I could purchase another 1 as was in stock and get refunded for the other went there the dog food was out of stock and was told I could not be refunded till the item arrived and the young members of staff at the till was smirking like it was a game or a joke will definitely not be returning there againFriday 18th August 2023

maddy crumpton1 Stari hate this place. We went in for fish and got denied because 2 of us didnt have id and we werent even the ones buying them. FFS. i do not understand why this place is publicly shaming us for the way we spoke about getting our fish, can this establishment not understand the excitement of a friend getting some fish? i will not be returning to this shop ever, even if you paid me.
