I spoke to a nice young gentleman who was so helpful, with excellent customer service.
I would recommend this PAH literally on this chaps initiative and helpful manner.

Sukhbant Sandhu5 StarMainly use the groom room here. They look after my GSD Bruno who's a big lad and they take care of him every time. Great when they even remember his name when he walks in and give him a good fuss and cuddle before taking him off me. Always comes back happy and looking/smelling great. Staff are lovely and always passionate about what they do. Wouldn't go anywhere else, neither would Bruno!Saturday 7th May 2022

Steven Bench5 StarAs new dog owners we were a bit unsure as to size of crate required and other items. We were lucky to have help from a fantastic staff member, Matt. He was really helpful and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. He gave great advice on how to load ' Pets at Home' app and showed us how to use.
