Well stocked shop, been in loads all the staff know their stuff and are happy to help. Today we got a hamster the two female members of staff cared for the animals genuinely and are a credit to the team.

Great honest help from staff today in the store. Outlined all the goods and bads of ownership of our new rats. Kim you were a great help and we now have two very happy rats fast asleep in their new home settling down. Holly and Poppy are going to be very loved. We recently set up a cold water tank as beginners, the staff have been really helpful with advice and help as we have had a few teething problems. Either on the phone or in store, they have taken their time and been extremely helpful. I cannot recommend them enough for their aftercare service, even with a small starter tank such as ours. No matter how silly we have felt our question may have been they have been very good. Will definitely be sticking with this store for its staff knowledge, a really friendly store.

Nice store but there wasn’t any staff about to help, very busy and the guy on the check out had a bit of an attitude problem. When we did get a member of staff to help he was lovely, it’s a shame the rest of the team let him down.
