Absolutely awful! I went in for an eyebrow tint, wax and thread, my eyebrows are not too bad of a standard and are ok but on the waxing for some reason the woman waxed on my cheekbone under my eye when no hair was there and it wasn’t apart of my eyebrow. I soon found out 15 minutes later that she had ripped my skin off when waxing my cheek. My face looks awful! It looks like I’ve been dragged across a carpet and have a huge carpet burn on my face! In a lot of pain and I’m not happy.

I had eyelash extentions done, the way the lady put the eyelash extentions on, It looked terrible, some lashes were on the top of my lid, some on my natural eyelashes, some weren't even on my eye, some where attached to the other eye lashes to the point you can see the glue in-between the lashes, there were gaps. I went back to the shop the same day and ask them to remove them, though they would not give my a refund or exchange. I could have done a better job myself. I have had an eyelash lift, my eyelash didn't lift that well at all, and the little it did my lashes were going in all directions. I've had this done a few times before from another shop. I've had my eye brow tint and waxed there before, they made my eye brow uneven and too thin, they don't just give it a tidy they reshape. I can honestly say that I will not be going there again, they are not experienced well enough, to be doing certain treatment professionally.

I have been here a few times to get my eyebrows done and the previous times they’ve always been great. I always say I want to keep the shape and don’t want them thin (a tidy up basically) but this time I came in, the lady took most of my eyebrows and left me with not only thin eyebrows but uneven and terrible looking ones. I have to now use makeup to cover it and I will certainly not be going back to that lady.

If I could rate it with a 0 I would! I had my eyelash extensions done, I was asked if I had an allergy test (professional) and I said no but I have in other salons, as the lady was about to give me a patch test.. the manager said no she doesn't need to if she has extensions done elsewhere. The glue you used was like super glue, clumpy, awful the application was Terrible the glue got in my eyes which I couldn't open my eyes for a long time and was told to lay there untill I could see.. absolutely disgusting.. the lashes looked alright from a distance they wasn't up close! Clumped, glued to my lashes my eyelashes where awful I've had them removed a few days later and lost half my real eyelashes along with! Appalling! Don't go here for anything. Unprofessional.
