Amber Draper5 StarVery good to deal with. Helpful staff with a good knowledge of the product & understood our needs. Product arrived fast & looks a well constructed piece of kit. OK to fit to vehicle. Bikes look secure on it & the caravan looks as if it will be far enough away from the cycle on tight turns. Would recommend this company & feel that the rack will fulfil our needsFriday 29th December 2017
James Nolan4 StarI just bought a hang-on tow bar rack from Pendle and it's absolutely brilliant - very solidly constructed, very quick and easy to use and very easy to store when not in use as it takes up no space at all in the shed. A word of warning though - Pendle recommended I buy the 6" offset rack on my car and when it arrived it was immediately obvious that is was definitely not the right rack for my car - the zero offset rack was what they should have recommended and sent out to me. I had to be VERY VERY persistent to get them to accept this was the case even though I had sent them photos proving it. Eventually they conceded that I should indeed have the zero offset rack but again I had to be very persistent to get them to swap the rack at their own expense. Only by demanding to escalate the situation to the Managing Director did I make any progress with the rather ...er... tight lipped customer service department.
In fairness to Pendle the rack is superb and the situation has been resolved to my complete satisfaction - just check very carefully which rack is right for your car so you don't have to lock horns with their customer service.Thursday 22nd May 2014
