Bill the salesman was honest and set realistic expectations on timeframes, Jennie and Carly in the office were quick to respond to my questions when a couple of supplier deliveries were delayed (Not Pears fault) and the fitter Dave was a lovely chap who was clearly very good at his job.
Price was competitive and they are a local company who in my opinion are more motivated to do a great job than a national outfit.
