Hazel Heslop5 StarMelanie Savile was a recommendation to me from an existing client of hers. I was seen and treated very quickly which was ideal as I was in excruciating pain and I have to say both the treatment and advice given were excellent.
The treatment was really effective and almost totally painless. I was made to feel extremely comfortable throughout my whole visit and as I was new to McTimoney Chiropractic treatment Melanie explained what she was doing and why throughout each stage of the process. It was always a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, the techniques were never invasive and Melanie was incredibly gentle and light with her hands. I was also given some simple, follow up exercises to do at home, these were explained well and easily do-able.
I had to be seen a few times but I never felt that it was an automatic week on week appointment which was refreshing.
Melanie was extremely professional and my experience was very positive. I would recommend Melanie without hesitation and certainly use her again if needed.Friday 9th June 2017
