Very slow delivery. I ordered two stock items on Friday afternoon with express delivery. Finally came late on Wednesday afternoon. Poorly packaged, but intact. If you need anything quickly, go elsewhere. A real cheek to charge for express delivery that’s so slow. Bought from Bearmach the week before. Came next day with normal delivery. Would once have recommended Paddock’s, but not any more. Shame.

I have used Paddock for many years now and they have a good range with suitably good prices. This time unfortunately I have been let down by the customer support. I called to order an exhaust as I was not sure which variant I needed. After giving details it was ordered but this turned out to be incorrect. They did agree to exchange but I had to drive 30 miles each way to do this costing a fair bit now in petrol (V8 discovery) plus a couple of hours of my time. This is because they would not arrange for the incorrect exhaust to be picked up by courier.

What a shambles!!! Ordered on the Friday all items showing in stock on the website, springs, shocks, uj’s Dispatch email received... waited and waited for bits to arrive... by the following Wednesday there was no sign of the bits arriving. Called the customer services on the phone and was told they had held the order as some bits weren’t in stock (even though these were showing in stock when we purchased online.) Thanks for getting in touch to let me know! The bits out of stock would be 6/8 weeks! I said I would like to cancel the full order so I could purchase elsewhere. I was assured a refund would be processed but it hasn’t been received BE WARNED!!! They take your money for parts they are unable to supply and FAIL TO REFUND! That’s pretty much THEFT! We won’t be ordering again from Paddock Spares. WHY SEND A DISPATCH EMAIL WHEN YOU HAVE HELD THE ORDER! Looking at reviews online this isn’t a one off, it is regularly occurring. Terrible service. Terrible aftercare What have you got to say paddocks?

Ordered D2 rear shock mounts for a customers vehicle. Parts dispatched 2 days after ordering despite paying for express delivery which meant I had to rebook customers car in. Parts and car arrived, cut the old mounts off and went to fit the new ones, discovered they are very poor quality/fit leaving the mounting points and bolt holes at the wrong angle, enough that you wouldn't be able to bolt the shock on. I spent an afternoon reworking them to fit nicely which is a killer when you work for yourself. Returning them wasn't an option as I would be left with a grumpy customer and a car with no shock mounts. Customer service seemed promising on the phone but this soon changed once I'd emailed them explaining the situation. They refused to acknowledge a problem with these parts and said the others in stock are the same! I would have appreciated if they showed some good will but instead I got textbook excuses as to why they couldn't help. Such a shame that I will have to avoid Paddocks in future for fear of receiving poor quality parts with no recourse!
