Didn't tell me over the phone when I booked that I needed another patch test. Made me come all the way to the salon and then they tell me that they are only doing a patch test today and I have to make another appointment for the actual colour. They could've saved me a journey by telling me this over the phone.

Michelle is my hairdresser and I love the way she does my hair, really friendly atmosphere. Always does what I ask for and im never disappointed do the results. Would highly recommend this hairdressers.

Great salon friendly staff, only one problem yesterday, I was enjoying the hair cut etc then in comes a man without any mask, he should not have been in a confined area with hairdriers blowing etc he seemed quite relaxed even though everyone else had masks on. Whilst I appreciate he may have had health issues he really should not have been in a hair salon..sorry Oxygen you let everyone down by pleasing one client.
