Would recommend Ormskirk Carpets to everyone. From walking through the door into the shop all the staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. When they found that some of the flooring I wanted was not available for a couple of weeks they went above and beyond as a team to find a supply. Thank you to you all and a big Thank you to Kevin the fitter who worked so hard despite not feeling 100%

Would never go anywhere else other than Ormskirk Carpets. Fantastic service from the minute i walked into the showroom to closing my front door as the fitter left. It took less than a week from me visiting the showroom to it being fitted even though we had a four day holiday for the Queens Jubilee. Excellent service from all involved and all rubbish removed as well! Im absolutely delighted top class service.

Appalling customer service, having been fobbed off about why they had failed to deliver a service (for over 7 weeks) without any explanation as a matter of courtesy, the service i was told i would have to wait for until enough customers justified the service, i was miraculously delivered the carpet within 30 minutes of phone call of complaint. Too late - sorry, i await a refund.
