They don't give receipts, as a result i couldn't get a refund for a plastic basket I didn't need anymore.

Well I will now not enter this store as my best friend used to also come in here and now she doesn't because of the security guard.. he is very pervy looks at young girls up and down e.g when weather is hot and in dresses or shorts .. looks at them bending over and allsorts... I think its disgusting how he still has a job to be honest ... he needs sacking !!!! Or u will not only loose me as a customer and my best friend you will also loose others.. he purposely follows me and my friend to watch us.. its weird and not normal. I did report it to the manager and she still has done nothing .. as she told me she has had many complains before..

The security guard in there is a joke, follows people around, pervs on women, and makes them feel uncomfortable. He's been complained about numerous times as I can see in the reviews yet he still works there, I will not enter anymore.

I experienced the incident with the black boys yesterday and was appalled that this security guard holds a position like this with his blatant stereotyping and racist views to customers with melanated skin. He should be removed from his position and given a desk job where he doesn't have direct contact with customers. It is disgusting and I felt embarrassed for them. The one who should have left that store was not the young men but him. I will not enter this store again whilst he remains and will ensure this is placed on all social platforms
