I needed the rubber seal replacing on my car door, was told the seal would arrive in a few days, i phoned 2 weeks later as i didnt have a call from him to say he forgot to order it and forgot the reg plate, i rang up again after several attempts to get through, gave him the reg plate number again and waited, after many visits to find out what's happening as he never let me know, i told him to not bother, 2 month's of time wasted!!Thursday 12th August 2021
