Even though I was warned it was busy and I can clearly see the waitresses are mental busy (Saturday night) the service i received was fantastic. Lovely friendly staff, really good food and beers. I’ve stayed in this hotel many times but don’t think I’ve eaten here before, it’s very good and I’ll eat here next time in staying!

Great food, attentive staff. A window/door was left open and we had a lovely bright light at our table so of course this attracted a lot of flies while we were eating. (It was summer time). Staff did their best to get rid of them. If this kind of thing bothers you don't sit near an open door or window.

Don't waste your time and money. First Beefeater I visited and will be the last. Went in for the wife's birthday dinner and they were quick to find us a table - right behind a big group of people having some birthday celebration even though the place was almost empty. Food was cold and tasteless. Had to return the sweet potato chips as they had definitely had been sitting for some time. Came back fresh this time but with 1 long strand of hair! You cannot serve yourself unlimited refills. The waitress doing it for us was cleaning tables and didn't bother washing her hands resulting in the glasses smelling of a cleaning solution. Seats were worn out and grubby. Tables were sticky. Overpriced for what they have to offer, spent £80+ on 2 adults and 1 child and ultimately ruined my wife's birthday.
