O2 Shop Huntingdon

My old phone is on its last legs so as a long standing (elderly) customer I went first to my local Huntingdon O2 shop. Bought a new phone with no hassle, expecting that the data from my old phone would be moved across to the new one by a staff member - but no, apparently "systems not working" or something like that. Was directed to a small independent shop where "for £10 or £15 they will do that for you". Trotted off happily - but no - they couldn't do it (this after leaving both phones with them for an hour) - could I come back in two days time? I am an O2 customer with a long standing contract in the hope that seamless assistance would be forthcoming. Sadly disappointed.

Wonderful service from Chris today - I ordered a phone via click + collect which sadly didn't go through correctly. Chris spent ~45 minutes walking me through repurchasing the handset and airtime I was after, advising me on the best tariff for travel abroad, and arranging for trade in of my old handset. He took the time to help me with the data transfer from my old phone to new phone, too, and has organised for the original contract and handset that I bought online to be returned and refunded when they arrive into store, Thanks Chris!
