Priscilla was our late fathers full time carer and the entire family were very appreciative of the care and professionalism that she gave to our father up to the peaceful passing and also the constant information and updates she gave us on a very regular basis and we as a family really can’t thank her enough and would recommend her for a similar position. Victoria was incredible, she had so much respect for my mum and us all, she knew what to do all the time to make her comfortable. We were so sad to her leave. I will also never forget how she enabled me to be with my mum at her time of passing - thank you The care given to mum in her final weeks was exceptional. Amanda is an asset to your company, she made mum feel so at ease and also made me feel at ease to give me a break on the odd day knowing that she was well cared for if I did not go in one day. Amanda was very knowledgeable, and I felt comfortable knowing that any issues would soon be addressed. I really cannot thank her enough. And I know mum felt the same. I just wanted to thank you for the care staff that you provided to help mum and my wife Karen and me during the last few weeks of mum’s life. In particular Gee was so kind and helpful. Mum died very peacefully with me, Karen and Gee by her side. Mum really liked Gee. Thank you once again
