One star seems too much to give this pub. My boyfriend and I went to Morecombe for a night away on Saturday. We ate in a beautiful Thai restaurant called Black and Thai, after our dinner we had two drinks in another pub and then tried to get into no where, all in all we had about four drinks and a large meal before we went to no where so needless to say we both had our wits about us. A man stood at the door who I assumed was a customer as he was wearing casual clothes and said nothing to make me think other wise told me the pub was full however people seemed to be coming and going. I walked in the entrance to look in and the same man came running towards me saying it was full I said ok can I sanatise my hands as they had sanitiser at the entrance at this stage he had grabbed me by my upper two arms and began to shout, I obviously shouted back and told him he was not social distancing and to stop touching me as he proceeded to shout and push me out the door while still firmly grabbing my arms to the point that one of them is bruised. There was absolutely no need for him to touch me at all as when I seen the amount of people and lack of social distancing in the pub I had no intention whatsoever of entering. He then went back in to the pub while many other punters continued to make their way in, he also sent out a member of his staff and when I asked why I wasn't allowed in that member of staff began to scream at me, I should add this was another grown man. It became apparent when everyone else was being let in that they were all regulars and I wasn't allowed in as I wasn't (I'm Irish so my accent clearly gives that away). With the amount of people entering it was very clear to see that any kind of social distancing was non existent along with the owners lack of social distancing when he grabbed me. Needless to say I was absolutely disgusted by the owners behaviour, for a grown man to run a business and behave is such a prejudice, violent and aggressive manner is absolutely appalling and disgusting.

Staff as always are lovely. But the owner and the friends he sits with just give me evils and make me feel uncomfortable I do just ignore them and go were there not! Apart from that it's good. Toilets are disgusting though
