I needed a valuation for probate but also needed to consider development potential on an awkward plot. The team took time to consider all the options, laid out a variety of approaches and clearly explained the various tradeoffs between them. Once I chose a methodology they started quickly, and kept me very well informed. The final report looks excellent. It reads very clearly, is extremely thorough and certainly surpassed my expectations. I am waiting for the final decision from HMRC and the district valuers but I think Novello's work has put me in a very good position for having the valuation approved. Jack called us straight away after conducting the survey and again after we received the final report.
